The Reset Ritual
A day retreat at Pound Barn. N.B not suitable in pregnancy.
Service Description
New for 2026 is our full day retreat. Held in the beautiful surroundings of Pound Barn in Wickwar we will enjoy a relaxing, fun and calming day designed to reset your nervous system and leave you feeling energised. The day will include two yoga classes, one energising and uplifting and one slow and mindful, a mini pamper session with face masks and scrubs alongside a soak in the hot tub with a glass of bubbles and a calming and therapeutic sound bath with the wondering Kimberley Vallis. Throughout the day we will nourish our body with healthy and soulful food including a 3 course lunch.
Upcoming Sessions
Cancellation Policy
At least 24 hours notice is required to cancel or rearrange a single class. At least 48 hours notice is required to cancel a special event or workshop or to cancel a term or course booking. For termly bookings, Mum and Baby yoga and Baby Massage, if you are unable to attend a class due to illness or holidays refunds are unavailable for that class. I will however try to offer you a make up class. If any of Calm Beginnings staff are unable to hold a class a refund will be made for that class.
