
ABOUT ME
I stepped into the world of yoga and wellbeing at the end of 2021, following the pandemic. At the time, I was working as a NICU nurse, with 13 years of experience in the nursing sector. After attending yoga classes myself, I discovered a deep-rooted passion for the practice and the powerful connection it gave me with my own mind and body – something I knew I wanted to share with others.
In 2023, I embarked on teacher training with the intention of focusing on pregnancy and parenting. Over the last few years, I’ve expanded my own practice and developed my teaching skills, and I now guide a variety of classes, including sessions in gyms and community spaces.
I’m also a proud mum of two wonderful children, Jesse (9) and Erin (6). Being both a mother and a yoga teacher, alongside my nursing background, allows me to bring a unique blend of medical knowledge, lived experience, and mindfulness practices to my teaching. My aim is to create a holistic approach to health and wellbeing, offering classes that are nurturing, empowering, and accessible for all.
