WHAT TO EXPECT IN OUR CLASSES
This 60-minute class centres around gentle, beginner-level movement and meditation. Each week brings something new – from heat-building flows to strengthening sequences or slow, mindful movement.
Classes are designed to help you explore the foundations of yoga in a fun, safe and supportive way. Every session includes breathwork to calm the nervous system, and each class ends with savasana – a moment of stillness and deep rest.
All equipment is provided – just bring yourself.
