Service Description
Welcome in the day with sun salutations and uplifting yoga plus a restful savasana soaking up the sun and enjoying the sounds of birds and surrounding area. This class is weather dependent and will be cancelled and fully refunded if weather does not permit the class to go ahead. If you cannot make the class 24 hours notice is required for a refund. Please wear layers, sunscreen, sunglasses/hats and bring water. All other equipment including mats is provided.
Upcoming Sessions
Cancellation Policy
At least 24 hours notice is required to cancel or rearrange a single class. At least 48 hours notice is required to cancel a special event or workshop or to cancel a term or course booking. For termly bookings, Mum and Baby yoga and Baby Massage, if you are unable to attend a class due to illness or holidays refunds are unavailable for that class. I will however try to offer you a make up class. If any of Calm Beginnings staff are unable to hold a class a refund will be made for that class.
