Service Description
Postnally safe beginners yoga designed to bring back movement and build some strength following birth. Plus songs for your baby to keep them entertained! All equipment is provided for class. Please advise of any allergies or medical conditions in the message box. Parking for the studio is available on the high street, at Waitrose and there is a small car park behind Goldney House if you drive down Rounceval Mews, however cars can only be left here for the duration of the class. Google maps will take you to the wrong location across the road from the studio. PLEASE NOTE THE STUDIO IS LOCATED WITHIN THE FOOT CLINIC (Rounceval Mews) AND HAS LIMITED SPACE SO IF ABLE PLEASE BRING BABY IN A CAR SEAT OR CARRIER.

Cancellation Policy
At least 24 hours notice is required to cancel or rearrange a single class. At least 48 hours notice is required to cancel a special event or workshop or to cancel a term or course booking. For termly bookings, Mum and Baby yoga and Baby Massage, if you are unable to attend a class due to illness or holidays refunds are unavailable for that class. I will however try to offer you a make up class. If any of Calm Beginnings staff are unable to hold a class a refund will be made for that class.
