WHAT TO EXPECT IN OUR CLASSES
Each session begins with a gentle warm-up and a chance to check in with the group, allowing you to share how you're feeling and connect with other mums. The class then moves through guided exercises focused on core and pelvic floor recovery, strength-building, and mobility, all designed for postpartum needs. Every class ends with a calming relaxation session to leave you feeling restored and empowered.
ABOUT YOUR TEACHER
Emily is a Registered Nurse and Certified Personal Trainer with a passion for women’s health, strength training, and exercise medicine. As a mum of two navigating her own postpartum journey and early perimenopause, she understands the physical and emotional challenges many women face.
Emily specialises in supporting women with unique needs, from pelvic floor concerns and post-surgery recovery to building a healthier relationship with exercise. Her mission is to help you feel confident, strong, and resilient at every stage of life through compassionate, tailored, and sustainable fitness solutions.

This class is suitable for mums from 6 weeks postpartum (vaginal birth) and 10 weeks postpartum (c-section) and beyond. Exercises are adaptable for all fitness levels and recovery stages.
